I use movement, breath, meditation, and mindfulness techniques to break unhelpful patterns, shift your mindset, and raise your vibration so you can take intentional action steps toward elevating your life.
I’ve been practicing vinyasa yoga regularly since 2012. After some time of frequent and consistent practice, I began to realize that the insights coming up on my mat were a direct reflection of lessons I needed in every aspect of my life. My yoga and meditation practice continues to inspire me to live my life more authentically, and in alignment with my truest values.
A major shift occurred when I began practicing Kundalini Yoga. The up-level of my energy and confidence was palpable. I felt radiantly awake and inspired after practicing consistently for only a short time. In my experience, nothing else has shifted my ability to release what doesn’t serve me and to tap into my reservoir of inner power and invincibility.
I completed 200 hours of Hatha & Vinyasa training with Lotus Seed Yoga in Portland, Oregon, 150 hours of Vinyasa & Kundalini fusion with Frog Lotus Yoga in Andalusia, Spain and 100 hours of Kundalini Yoga with Kia Miller in Rishikesh, India.
